<p>As a student of the Martial        Arts for many years, Charles&#8217; passion for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu started back        in 2004 while on a combat tour in Iraq. When he came home in 2006 he        searched for a place to train finally ending up at Revolution in the late        summer of 2007.  He has called it home ever since. While continuing his        service in the reserves, Charles is a marine veteran for over 8 years and        counting.  He is a blue belt in bjj under Jeff Messina, Black Belt instructor in the        Marine Corps Martial Arts Program, Level I in Army Combatitives, a        graduate of BRC(Basic Reconnassince Course), Ranger School, and other        various military specific schools. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">Brett  Robinson began his career in Amarillo, TX where he was a four time Academic  All State wrestler, two time High School State Champion, Texas State  Wrestler of the Year, All American and 3<sup>rd</sup> in the US Junior  Olympics.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">Robinson  continued on to wrestle for one year at Nebraska and then at the University  of Oklahoma.Â  During his time at Oklahoma he trained under world  renowned Coach Joe Seay.Â  He became a four time Greco, Freestyle  and Sombo State Champ as well as two time Greco and Freestyle National  Champ and three time Sombo National Champ.Â  He then won the honor  of two time Sombo World Trial Champ, Collegiate World Champ and third  in the Sombo World Championships in France.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">Robinson  has remained active in the sport at the local level by offering wrestling  clinics and coaching for two years at Kinkaid High School and Middle  School.Â  He has also worked on the national level as a coach for  the Freestyle and Greco Texas National Team.Â  He has worked with  fighters around the country who fight in the King of the Cage, IFL,  WEC and UFC.  His energy is contagious, his style is intense and aggressive  and his ability to motivate and develop athletes in unmatched.Â   His knowledge and technique is invaluable and he should be considered  an asset to anyone who trains with him.</span></p>

Jeff has been trained under Saul Soliz, Ricardo Barros, Silvio Braga, Fransico â€œTOCOâ€ Albuquerque, Anderson Leal, Rodrigo Medeiros, Soneca, Lewis Woods, Roberto(cyborg) Abreu, Tim Creduer, Brian Neal and Yves Edwards. Jeff frequently travels to Brazil to train and compete. In his free time he likes to spend time  with his wife Josefina and son Noah, go surfing, snowboarding travel, train and compete, attend church, study languages and religion and enjoy life. Jeff brings an explosive and technical game to the mat. According to Jeff,â€ I really enjoy teaching and seeing a person come to the gym with no skills and see them develop into a machine in a few monthsâ€ Jeff has taken students and made them Champions from the local level all the way to the Mundials(world championship)  Jeff is a graduate of UH earning The Deans List numerous times.
